Wicked Pissah Food Truck … Their offerings are always enticing, and NEVER disappointing! Top quality,fresh ingredients with top notch preparation… The problem is deciding what might be your favorite… When I first tried them, I had The Quincy Marketmeatball sub, and I was hooked! Absolute flavor on a wonderful lightly grilled hoagie roll, with truly outstanding gravy (marinara sauce).. It took me several visits to venture to anything else, then went with a North End Chicken Parm, which became my new favorite… Then one evening when they were at Rock City, tried the Papa G, an amazing take on grilled cheese, with ham, salami and pepperoni tucked in… Wonderful…
Not only is the food terrific, but the owner takes great pride in running an exceptionally clean, tight operation, and has the work ethic it takes to pull it all off… He’s very transparent about his methods and means, and simply hits it out of the park…
One caveat.. But it’s a good one… This is NOT fast food… But it’s GREAT food. Depending on what you order and the current crowd, you will have a bit of a wait to get your order… But your order will be FRESHLY MADE. And while it may take several minutes, even maybe over ten minutes, CHILL! You can pay attention to other things going on around you while you wait and enjoy life! You will get a text as soon as your order is ready to pick up and enjoy… And it will be worth the wait and anticipation.
And the owner, Chris, is always scheming on new offerings…. Gotta love it!
